Specially designed for rolling out fondant and gum paste, this plastic rolling pin is made of FDA-grade high-density polyethylene plastic that is smoothed during the manufacturing process to create a flat, non-stick surface. The polyethylene material provides an advantage when rolling out sugar paste or icing, as dyes in the paste will not stain the plastic.
